Host plants:
The larvae feed on woody Rosaceae, mostly Prunus.

Habitat:
Die Art besiedelt lichte, trockenwarme Gehölzbestände.

Remarks:
Nychiodes atlanticaria occurs only locally on the Iberian Peninsula (border region between Andalucía, Murcia and Castilla-La Mancha).
