Host plants:
The caterpillar lives on Lamiaceae: Thymus, Lavandula and Rosmarinus.

Habitat:
Perigune convergata inhabits xerothermic areas: rocky slopes, embankments and the Mediterranean maquis/garigue.

Life cycle:
The moths fly in a single generation especially in October. I found half to fully-grown caterpillars at 800m above sea level in the Massif de la Sainte Baume (Provence) in late April 2011. They were resting on rocks, at which also larvae of Cryphia muralis occurred and where grew sporadically Thymus and other Lamiaceae. The pupa aestivates.

Remarks:
Perigune convergata occurs for example in the Iberian Peninsula and Southern France to the foothills of the Southern Alps.
