Host plants:
The larvae feed on Cupressaceae, especially Cupressus and Juniperus phoenicea. I recorded it on Cupressus in Samos Island.
Habitat:
Peribatodes correptaria inhabits groves of all kinds provided that host plants occur.
Life cycle:
The larva hibernates and is mature in spring. The moths occur in 2-3 generations between late April and October.
Remarks:
Peribatodes correptaria occurs from the Balkans (especially in the South) to Asia Minor and the Levant.
