Habitat:
Poecilimon gerlindae inhabits dry and hot, nutrient-poor pastures and meadows, but also other places with xerothermous vegetation.
Life cycle:
The animals rest on herbs and bushes like Spartium junceum. Poecilimon gerlindae is adult especially in May and June.
Remarks:
Poecilimon gerlindae belongs to the P. propinquus group and is endemic to a small area in Central Greece (Nomos Larissa, Karditsa, Magnissía and Fthiótida).
