Habitat:
Poecilimon amissus usually inhabits herb-rich, fallow meadows and also grassy garigues.
Life cycle:
The adults occur in spring until mid- or late June and are often recorded in large numbers on thistles, other herbs or small bushes.
Remarks:
Poecilimon amissus has a small range in W-Anatolia (Turkey) and Lesbos Island (Greece).
