Habitat:
Sphingonotus morini inhabits coastal dunes, rocky slopes and many other places rich in bare ground.

Remarks:
Sphingonotus morini is endemic to E-Spain. In the west of the Iberian Peninsula (app. west of Granada-Madrid-Valladolid) the very similar, allopatric S. azurescens occurs.
