Habitat:
Euchorthippus chopardi inhabits especially garrigue-like habitats and dry grasslands with tufts of hard grasses.
Remarks:
Euchorthippus chopardi occurs in Spain and parts of Southern France.
Hints on determination:
Euchorthippus chopardi can be separated easily as male by its sub genital plate which is short, broad, conoid and distally rounded. The wings are longer than in Euchorthippus pulvinatus gallicus.
