Habitat:
Arminda burri inhabits steep rocky slopes, bushy and stony pastures and embankments. It also penetrates into Rubus thickets and into the remnants of laurel woodland where I observed individuals sun basking up to several meters on the upper side of leaves. Most sites are located between 400 and 1400m.
Life cycle:
The adults are found year-round.
Remarks:
Arminda burri is endemic to Gran Canaria (Spain, Canary Islands) where it is quite common in the centre.
