Habitat:
Omocestus uvarovi inhabits coastal dunes with loose vegetation.

The adults appear from early summer to autumn. They often stay on grass blades etc.
Remarks:
Omocestus uvarovi is endemic to Italy and occurs especially in the southern half of the country locally along coasts where it is heavily threatened by tourism and overbuidling.

Typical in males is the widened medial field with its ladder structure.
