Habitat:
Isophya pienensis usually inhabits bushes, forbs and edges in open woodlands.

Life cycle:
The adults usually appear between June and July and are found on upper sides of leaves.

Remarks:
Isophya pienensis occurs according to present knowledge very locally from E-Austria (Hainburger Berge, Thayatal), E-Czech Republic and S-Poland across Slovakia and W-Ukraine to N-Romania.
