Habitat:
Isophya lemnotica inhabits various habitats, often the garrigue with Sarcopoterium, but also other forb-rich sites down to the coastline (e.g. thistle stands). I recorded it also in road side verges with grass and forbs.
Life cycle:
The adults appear between April and early June. In mid-May 2025 I recorded only adults while Poecilimon brunneri still was in more early larval stages. The animals are well camouflaged when sitting in the vegetation, but usually don't escape an experienced eye.
Endangerment factors:
Die Art ist ein Endemit der Insel Limnos (Lemnos) in der Nordägäis.
