Habitat:
Eumodicogryllus bordigalensis inhabist coastal areas, fallow land, sandy regions, dry sites of all kinds.
Life cycle:
The adults appear especially in spring (April to July), sometimes later.
Remarks:
Eumodicogryllus bordigalensis occurs in N-Africa, S-Europe and warmer parts of Asia. It is spreading northward due to climate change. It has already reached southern parts of W-Germany.
